    Description

      We want to publish the tkn archives without version on https://mirror.openshift.com/pub/openshift-v4/x86_64/clients/pipeline/latest/

      Reason: The CLI is being added to the download page on cloud.redhat.com and not having the latest archive with a name that doesn’t change with each release means cloud.redhat.com CLI page needs to get updated every time we have a release

      Need to sync with the ART team to update the Jenkinsfile
