      Goal
      Add a OpenShift Pipelines tkn CLI to the "Command-line interface (CLI) tools" section of the downloads page

      Background
      The "tkn" CLI is one of the main ways for interacting with pipelines when customers use OpenShift Pipelines.

      Requirements

      • Add a new line item for OpenShift Pipelines tkn cli to the "Command-line interface (CLI) tools" section alongside "oc".
      • Entry title: Tekton command-line interface for OpenShift Pipelines (tkn)
      • Entry description: Manage and interact with CI pipelines on OpenShift Container Platform with the Tekton CLI for OpenShift Pipelines
