    Description

      Right now, the tkn binaries shipped have versions in their name too like https://mirror.openshift.com/pub/openshift-v4/clients/pipeline/0.19.1/

      We should ship the binaries without version in name with symlink here to the versioned binaries to do in backward compatible way

      To Do:

      • ART script should be updated with the new format
