[vsphere][ibm-cloud] Replicate Windows Server 2022 golden image templates in IBM Cloud

      USER STORY:

      OpenShift Windows Containers team wants 2 newly created Windows Server 2022 golden image templates (containing a now-public OS hotfix from Microsoft) present in IBM Cloud so that our vSphere CI jobs that land in an IBM Cloud environment are able to use the template to create machines.

      DESCRIPTION:

      I'd like 2 specific VM template that we have created in vmc.devcluster.openshift.com to be replicated in the IBM Cloud (ibmvcenter.vmc-ci.devcluster.openshift.com) environment. The templates exist at:

      • windows-golden-images/windows-server-2022-template
        • note that this one might already exist in IBM environment but it has been updated/re-created so please replace it with what is present in vSphere
      • windows-golden-images/windows-server-2022-template-withDocker

      ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA:
      Both updated golden images exist in the IBM Cloud environment environment
