      OpenShift Windows Containers team wants the newly created Windows Server 2022 golden image template  (containing a private OS htofix from Microsoft) present in IBM Cloud so that our vSphere CI jobs that land in an IBM Cloud environment are able to use the template to create machines.

      I'd like a specific VM template that we have created in vmc.devcluster.openshift.com to be replicated in the IBM Cloud (ibmvcenter.vmc-ci.devcluster.openshift.com) environment. The template exists at windows-golden-images/windows-server-2022-template-networkHotfix
