[vsphere][ibm-cloud] Replicate Windows Server 2022 golden image templates in IBM Cloud

      USER STORY:

      OpenShift Windows Containers team wants 1 newly created Windows Server 2022 golden image template (removing enabling an optional Containers feature) present in IBM Cloud so that our vSphere CI jobs that land in an IBM Cloud environment are able to use the template to create machines.

      DESCRIPTION:

      I'd like 1 VM template that we have created in vmc.devcluster.openshift.com to be replicated in the IBM Cloud (ibmvcenter.vmc-ci.devcluster.openshift.com) environment. The templates exist at:

      • windows-golden-images/windows-server-2022-template
        • note that this one already exists in IBM environment but it has been updated/re-created so please replace it with what is present in vSphere.

      ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA:
      Updated golden image exists in the IBM Cloud environment environment
