There are Samples which are converted by middleware team to  helmcharts  e.g nginx,mysql helm chart currently available in ODC. Investigate and check as to how Samples operator can install those helmcharts 

Background (Required)

There are few imagestreams which are needed by the openshift to be installed by Cluster Samples Operator. If the Imagestrerams are converted to Helmchart, Can the Samples Operator install it?
