Description of problem:

When I run a REX job, open the REX invocation and go to kebab menu -> Legacy UI, the page doesn't fully load (says "No data available") and after a while, the browser offers to terminate the javascript execution. This happens on both Firefox and Chromium.

How reproducible:

Deterministic, on satellite stream 158.0

Is this issue a regression from an earlier version:

Yes, it doesn't happen in 6.18 and it also didn't happen in some recent stream - it got broken somewhere between 154.0 and 158.0.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Run any REX, e.g. on a default Satellite (self) host, it's ok if it fails: host -> schedule a job -> submit

2. In the job invocations details, open the top-right kebab menu and click Legacy UI

Actual behavior:
The page doesn't load correctly (data missing) and javascript hangs

Expected behavior:
The page should load correctly and javascript should finish
