Description of problem:

Legacy job invocation page doesnt load 

Is this issue a regression from an earlier version:

bug introduced in foreman_remote_execution-16.3.1 https://projects.theforeman.org/issues/38899

Steps to Reproduce:

1. go to any job invocation url at FORMAN/legacy/job_invocations/ID

Actual behavior:

Page will either load forever or crash the browser

Expected behavior:
Page should load the data and not have a loading status (unless the job is running, then the page reloads data every X seconds) 

Business Impact / Additional info:

There is a new job invocation page, but it doesnt have all the features of the legacy page (for example leapp report)
