Missing a step in the documentation to enable 'satellite-maintenance-6.18-for-rhel-9-x86_64-rpms' for capsule upgrade to 6.18
In the capsule upgrade 6.17 doc has the step - step 6 in

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run 'satellite-maintain self-upgrade' & 'satellite-maintain upgrade check' without enabling the maintenance repo - it will not allow to proceed with the upgrade to 6.18
Actual behavior:
It will not find the upgrade version 6.18, so it can't proceed with the upgrade

Expected behavior:
Enable the maintenance repo, then the next 2 commands will find the upgrade version 6.18 and proceed with the check

Please fix the documentation so it is accurate for the customer to follow - also suggest to add the same step 1-6 from the capsule upgrade 6.17 doc to the capsule upgrade 6.18 doc for clarity
