Goal:

SAT-31648 is a large feature and the various epics have been created but not worked out. In particular SAT-31650 needs to be refined. This spike is to come up with sufficient information so that we can work out the stories and see if anything is missing.

Acceptance criteria:

• Sufficient information to refine SAT-31650
