      Goal:

      The satellite-installer should use openvox-agent as it's dependency across the Satellite and Capsule installations and repositories.

      Acceptance Criteria:

      • Installing satellite-installer will install openvox-agent and remove puppet-agent
      • Upgrades / updates should switch to openvox-agent and remove puppet-agent
