      Goal:

Today jobs have an option to start before a certain time for future executions. This allows creating a timeslot where a job will run, for example because of a maintenance window.

This option doesn't exist for recurring jobs, but should be. For example, rebooting systems in the morning but not after a certain time.

      Acceptance Criteria:

      • Users can create recurring jobs that either start within a certain time or not at all

      Open questions:

      • How do we define this input for recurring jobs?
      • What happens if it is skipped? Does it it abort the whole repeating chain or only a single iteration?
      • Is the user somehow notified it was skipped?
