Description of problem:

The recommendations column is not being populated in the All Hosts page. (Now we default to the New All host page)

It works with the old All host page, but not with the new one.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Have a host that has some RH Lightspeed recommendations

2. Observe Recommendations column on All host page

3. It will show just "-" instead of the number of recommendations.

Actual behavior:
The recommendations column is not populated.

Expected behavior:
The recommendations column should be populated.
