Can we add content about "which repository needs to be enabled for RHEL8 for Satellite 6.16 "?

Suggestion -> We can update point "7. Ensure that the Satellite Maintenance repository is enabled:" under section 2.2. 1. subscription-manager repos --enable \
   satellite-maintenance-6.16-for-rhel-8-x86_64-rpms

For RHEL 9
