Description of problem:

• Unable to upload gpg key details through Satellite Web UI -> Content -> Content Credentials -> Browse in Satellite 6.16 (Screenshot attached).
• Save option do not gets highlighted to save and upload the key.

Is this issue a regression from an earlier version:

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Download upstream gpg key.

2. Create a new Content Credential.

3. Try to browse and upload downloaded GPG key.

Actual behavior:
-Unable to save the selected gpg key as option remains grayed out.

Expected behavior:

• Save button should work to be able to upload gpg key.{}
