Goal:

• Determine the best method for Foreman/Katello developers to access IPv6 networks 
• Investigate potential problems with smart proxies on an IPv6 network. Run existing unit and QE tests over an IPv6 connection and investigate issues. Fix any broken tests.
• Investigate potential problems with content sync when using inter-satellite sync. Update tests as needed to cover IPv6 networking.
• The overall project goal is "it just works" IPv6 support for Foreman/Katello from bottom to top. We will be beginning implementation with "dual-stack" support, meaning we can connect to and use both IPv4 and IPv6 systems.
• Individual components are tested on Robottelo and by dev team. When ACKed, issues can move to 'Closed'.
