Goal:

• This epic is to track the IPv6 work for Team Phoenix
• The overall project goal is "it just works" IPv6 support for Foreman/Katello from bottom to top.
• Teams should focus on isolated IPv6/IPv4 testing for 6.17 release (or until we have more guidance from PMs on dual stack scenarios).

Acceptance Criteria:

• All components, except those identified earlier, should work the same as on IPv4 Satellite.
• Any regression/ issue/ bug should be tracked under this epic and properly triaged.
