Sometimes the 'Manage Columns' button does not appear on the new UI All Hosts page. To work around this issue, refresh the page in your browser.

Sometimes 'Manage Columns' does not appear on new Hosts Index page.

Reproducer:

Go to 'Register Host' page
Click on 'All Hosts' in nav

It will not appear. However, if you refresh the page it appears.

Could be another JS loading issue.
