      Satellite has upgraded its Patternfly 4 designs to Patternfly 5. Additionally, some Patternfly 3 designs have been upgraded to Patternfly 5.

      Need to update the package in foreman js, run code mods (js and classnames) in core and every plugin, fix selectors in core and each plugin, and update prop order in some inputs that have been updated in newer versions of pf4 (that wont be updated by codemods).
