On further debugging I found that there are quite a few customers who have reported this issue on Support Cases for earlier Satellite version, hence I am attaching the found support cases to this BZ.

Hello,
My name is Prateeksha Sharma and I am one of the Escalation Managers with Red Hat's Experience Engineering Team
I have enabled the escalation flag on this BZ as a part of an internal escalation from the customer Le Grand Lyon/Communaute Urbaine De Lyon (Case 03416561).
Business Impact : Customer (Le Grand Lyon/Communaute Urbaine De Lyon) has a project in progress for the automated update of their servers with Satellite and they started with the mock-up environment before doing the other environments. This is blocking them on all the environments. They have a long response time and different people each time, so some times there are questions or answers have already been given.
In addition, all their host behind capsule server can't be updated, and they are in an unsupported version. They must upgrade it to be supported.
We have to secure a renew (65k) that end at in few days : https://redhat--c.na103.visual.force.com/apex/opportunityview?id=0063a00000kKn9L&sfdc.override=1, and a larger project to expect in FY23.
Thanks & Regards,
Prateeksha Sharma

From how #0 is written and from what I've seen, I'd say this particular bug is purely cosmetic. A bogus warning shows up before data is loaded and disappears once the real data to display is fetched. I admit, it might look scary, but as far as I know, that's all it does.
@Prateeksha am I missing something? Just to make sure we're actually fixing the issue
On a side note, links to salesforce are generally not useful to engineering as we don't have access there.
