Description of problem: When updating from Satellite 6.11.2 to 6.11.3 I get the following message:

re-enabling sync plans [FAIL]
Could not update the sync plan:
ERF28-1357 [ForemanTasks::RecurringLogicCancelledException]: Cannot update a cancelled Recurring Logic.
