Description of problem:
There's still a few missing ouia-id in content view. The list include the following:

1. search bar
2. kebabs
3. rpm add rules page
4. datepicker for errata by date range
5. Table filter dropdowns

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a cv and publish it
2. Do an inspect element on the kebabs in the content view page or the cvv page
3. Do an inspect element on the filter dropdown for repo and status under the repository tab
4. Do an inspect on element for rpm filter on add filter
5. Do an inspect on element on the datepicker

Actual results:
Dynamic ouia-id generated in the specific components

Expected results:
Should have static ouia-id
