Process ID accepts invalid characters

      "&" issue:

      1. Create process with name "&"

      Actual result

      XML editor is open instead of designer.

      Expected result

      Designer is open.

      "#" issue:

      1. Create process (Start -> End event) with name "#"
      2. Deploy the project
      3. Create new process instance

      Actual result

      An error message is shown:

      Unable to complete your request. The following exception occurred: "Unexpected error during processing: No process available with given id : project. ".

      Expected result

      No error messages are shown. It is possible to create new process instance.
