Assets filenames show encoded '#' and '+' characters

      1. Create new project.
      2. Create any asset with name "#+".
      3. Navigate to Assets (by closing the created one).
      4. Hover over the asset with the mouse. The path to the file is displayed under the asset name.

      Actual result

      The part of the filename in the path is encoded. For example:
      "src/main/resources/com/myspace/project/%23%2B.bpmn".

      Expected result

      The filename in the path is decoded:
      "src/main/resources/com/myspace/project/#+.bpmn".

      '#' and '+' characters are encoded in Assets filenames.
