Description of problem:

Seldon resources must be removed from RHODS Dashboard:

• From Explore page
• From Resources page

Plus, documentation should remove all the mentions to it.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to RHODS Dashboard
2. go to Explore page
3. check for Seldon resources
4. go to Resources page
5. check for Seldon resources
6. go to RHODS Official doc (including Release notes)
7. check for mentions to Seldon

Actual results:

Seldon present in both RHODS Dashboard and Documentation

Expected results:

Seldon is not present in neither RHODS Dashboard nor Documentation
