Description of problem:

We need to remove Seldon from the dashboard since they are no longer a partner. Need to remove Seldon from:

• Explore tab
• All resources

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Steps to Reproduce

1. Access dashboard & view explore tab & resources tab.
2. Need to remove all Seldon references.

Actual results:

• Seldon is accessbile throughout dashboard.

• Seldon is available
