Description of problem:

It is necessary to update section "1.14. Using data from OpenShift Streams for Apache Kafka" to include a new required step: before being able to consume a kafka stream, the user has to assign read permission to the service account created during Kafka Stream configuration. 

The step description is reported in RHOSAK Dashboard > Learning Resources > "Getting started with Red Hat OpenShift Streams for Apache Kafka 10" > step 3

This issue evolved from RHODS-2107, which is the same bug in the quickstart that appears in the product itself.
