Document how to connect OpenShift Data Science to Managed Kafka

      This task documents the following engineering epic: RHODS-164

       

      As a DS user, I need to be able to access installed services (such as Managed Kafka) in Jupyter notebooks so use them as part of my data sciences workflows.

      Scope of this story is to provide documentation for process of connecting NB server to installed service (eg. Managed Kafka). 

      User needs to copy service endpoint to environment variable that can then be used in notebooks. Might describe use of environment variables in general.
