Description of problem:

It is necessary to update the RHOSAK Quick Start to include a new required step: before being able to consume a kafka stream, the user has to assign read permission to the service account created during Kafka Stream configuration. 

The step description is reported in RHOSAK Dashboard > Learning Resources > "Getting started with Red Hat OpenShift Streams for Apache Kafka 10" > step 3

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to RHODS dashboard > Enabled
2. Locate RHOSAK tile
3. follow the quick start

Actual results:

you are not instructed to configure permissions on RHOSAK so you are not able to consume kafka stream 

Expected results:

you are instructed on how to configure permissions on RHOSAK so you are not able to consume kafka stream
