As discussed in https://redhat-internal.slack.com/archives/C04CUSD4JSG/p1721395377859629, the plan is to merge the bulk import backend plugin in the janus-idp/backstage-plugins repo as soon as possible (https://github.com/janus-idp/backstage-plugins/pull/1471 is ready).
The related frontend plugin is already in the repository: https://github.com/janus-idp/backstage-plugins/tree/main/plugins/bulk-import

After the backend plugin is merged, we should move all the related plugins (frontend, backend, common) over to the backstage/community-plugins repo. See migration steps at https://github.com/backstage/community-plugins/blob/main/CONTRIBUTING.md#migrating-a-plugin
