Task Description (Required)

The existing software template is targeted to run with RHTAP. If running with vanilla RHDH, the user will need to do a lot of manual setups to mimic the RHTAP installer setups, e.g. require Openshift Pipeline Operator and GitOps Operator to run pipeline and deploy to argocd. 

We'll need a low entrance version of the software template that can run in vanilla RHDH with reduced manual setups to make the AI software template much more easy to run.

This Spike requires the absolute minimum that would be required to run on vanilla RHDH.
