As a developer trying to use AI Software Templates I want an easy setup process to use AI Software Templates under standalone RHDH.

This spike story covers the investigation into the setup of Tekton pipelines use integrate with RHDH to provide support for AI Software Templates.

Background (Required)

From DEVHAS-699:

The existing software template is targeted to run with RHTAP. If running with vanilla RHDH, the user will need to do a lot of manual setups to mimic the RHTAP installer setups, e.g. require Openshift Pipeline Operator and GitOps Operator to run pipeline and deploy to argocd.

We'll need a low entrance version of the software template that can run in vanilla RHDH with reduced manual setups to make the AI software template much more easy to run.

In this spike issue, we'll need to investigate further the setup OpenShift Pipeline Operator to run with RHDH.

Out of scope

Implementation of Tekton pipelines or any other investigation other than for setup and RHDH integration of Tekton pipelines.

Approach (Required)

Tekton pipelines setup for integration with RHDH should be discovered, tested, and documented. This is to ensure we can setup RHDH to interact with Tekton and the process can be re-created manually and for the upcoming implementation of the setup script for enabling RHDH to use AI Software templates.
