The parent issue RHELC-1554 has the label that triggered autocreation of this subtask to track the relative story point estimation for the integration test part of the issue.

The parent issue description at the time of creation of this issue was:
With the EUS compatible releases, we have introduced a fallback option for when customers use the --eus option, but do not have EUS repositories available through their offerings/subscriptions.
The fallback handles the subscription-manager exit, when the repositories are not available and tries to enable regular repositories instead.
With ELS, we do not fall back to regular repoids, we just exit the conversion providing the subscription-manager exit message.

      Reproducer:

      • on ELS compatible systems run convert2rhel analyze --els
        • use credentials without ELS offering (RHSM_USERNAME, RHSM_PASSWORD from convert2rhel-secrets)
