The parent issue has the label that triggered autocreation of this subtask to track the relative story point estimation for the integration test part of the issue.

After the end of Maintenance Support 2 on June 30, 2024, RHEL 7 will transition
to the Extended life cycle support (ELS) that ends on June 30, 2028.

Acceptance criteria:

Convert2RHEL allows converting to RHEL 7 ELS
The ELS repos have different repoids than the standard or EUS ones

Verification acceptance criteria:

• The following certificate is present before convert2rhel gets to enabling the host-metering service: /etc/pki/product/204.pem
• After a successful conversion to RHEL 7 ELS
  • The system has the rhel-7-server-els-rpms repository enabled
  • The host-metering service is enabled and running
