MTV is trying to use the libvirt HyperV driver for the HyperV migration,. However we require some additional information which is right now missing in the driver. One of this is the Nested virtualization support.
We need to know if the "Expose Virtualization Extensions" flag is set (Msvm_ProcessorSettingData) so we can enable similar CPU pass-through on the target KubeVirt VM.
Goal
- Add Nested virtualization support detection to HyperV driver
Acceptance criteria
- We should be able to query Nested virtualization supportÂ
