Goal
- MTV is working on adding HyperV migrations. For this MTV is planning to use virt-v2v to inject drivers and perform the guest conversion.
- To make the feature Generally Available MTV will need to have agreed process with virt-v2v so MTV will provide all nessary information to the virt-v2v
- There will need to be standardised way to setup the VMs, way how to migrate the VMs.
- One of the ouputs of this collaboration would be a list of supported Operating Systems similarly as VMware has https://access.redhat.com/articles/1351473

- MTV and v2v team has agreed flow on how to support migration and guest conversion from HyperV
