Plugins that use the alpha language API from the Backstage core-plugin-api package do not render properly in the RHDH UI and instead show a TypeError with an error message "Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'id')". This is caused by incorrect webpack configuration in the RHDH frontend application that loads plugins. This was fixed by rebuilding the RHDH frontend with an updated configuration and required releasing an updated janus-idp/cli (3.7.0) to support building the RHDH frontend with this new configuration. Users do not have to rebuild plugins affected by this issue.

Description of problem:

The wrapper version of the RBAC UI fails to load when the page is accessed.

When setting up an appropriate configuration to access RBAC using the wrapper and accessing the UI the UI fails to load with an error.

The above behavior does not occur with a locally exported plugin and also does not happen when using the plugin from the OCI artifact build.
