A task for updating RHDH after all of the plugins have been updated to latest Backstage. This will probably be dependent on RHDH being on target Backstage.
A potential easy way of doing this is to separate the plugin updates into core backstage plugins @backstage, BCP @backstage-community, rhdh plugins @red-hat-developer-hub, and the third party plugins
This task should also cover ensuring the e2e tests are updated to work with any incoming changes to plugins that came from the 1.42 upgrade.
