Description of problem:

Set up authentication link from quickstart panel hardcodes to /latest in docs

Steps to Reproduce

Actual results:

When 1.7 is first released, counting on /latest to take them there will work, but when 1.8 comes out, it may cause issues

Expected results:

When 1.7 releases, will /latest update to reference the version? being more precise when the real docs are published to ensure that linked content is relevant to their version seems helpful
