Description of problem:
In the 404 page, there's a back button a contact support button. Contact support strands users on the documentation hub without a clear direction on where to go

Actual results:
Contact support button links to https://access.redhat.com/documentation/red_hat_developer_hub It isn't clear to me where we expect someone to go from there.
Expected results:
Take users to where they can file a support ticket, or a direct doc link that explains how to get support from Red Hat. I think we want that link to be https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/red_hat_developer_hub/latest/html/about_red_hat_developer_hub/ref-customer-support-info_about-rhdh
