Description of problem:
API, Catalog and Docs table are not consistent with description availability or table header font styling
Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):
Steps to Reproduce
# <steps>
Actual results:
If you click through and see the API, Catalog, and Docs table, Doc and APIs use a different font style, it's bolded and a different size than the font used in the Catalog table header. Those two pages also have a page description underneath the page title, while Catalog does not. They use "MuiTypography-root-38180 MuiTypography-h5-38189" and "MuiTypography-root-38688 MuiTypography-h5-38697"
Expected results:
Table pages to use the same font and conventions for page descriptions. If 2 of 3 use them, why not all 3?
Reproducibility (Always/Intermittent/Only Once):
