[BUG] CRW 2.1.1 breaks CLI installation

    Description

      The CLI installation for OCP 3.11 is broken with CRW 2.1.1.

      The following command complies with the CRW doc and works with CRW 2.0:
      ./bin/crwctl server:start --platform=openshift --installer=operator -n crw2zero --domain=apps.ricksche7.lab.upshift.rdu2.redhat.com

      The same command will fail with 2.1.1:

      TypeError: Cannot set property 'ingressDomain' of undefined
