CRW 2.1.1 fails installation on CodeReady Containers 1.8

      Using OperatorHub and CRC 2.1.1, the results seem as follows:

      TLS    Self-Signed-cert          Results

true   true                      Browser needs cert, but Chrome does not like router-certs-default
true   false                     Doesn't start, cert problem between Che server and Keycloak
false  true                      Doesn't make sense, not tested
false  false                     Works fine!

      To replicate:

      • Install CRC 1.8, start it
      • Use OperatorHub to install CRW 2.1.1
      • Try the different combinations described above
