As a member of an incident team I want some help doing Incident Check-ins. There are 2 things I need help with:

• a checklist of the questions to go through
• a way to post the actions the team agreed on as a slack event so stakeholders can see know when the last check-in was done.

I would like it to be initiated on-demand while we get some experience with it. Then optionally posting reminders for the team later.
