Unnecessary Close button in Help.

Currently Close button in the Help doesn't produce any added value. It has exactly the same effect as the cross in the corner. The placement on the same line with the the "Don't show again" checkbox would suggest a special role in connection to it. However there isn't any. Ok! and Cancel button would actually make more sense (as it is implemented elsewhere). But considering also RHBPMS-4170 and RHBPMS-4167 I would suggest to get rid of both Don't show again checkbox and Close button as it would solve most of the problems described there.
