When you open help content for any perspective, close it and then change perspective and return back, the help pops up and you have to close it everytime, unless you click on "Don't show again". Now I understand this was probably by design, but I consider it annoying and unexpected (first I thought it was a bug only then I realized that I have to hit Don't show again if i want to get rid of it). If we really wanted to have this feature, it should be implemented the other way arround - with the button "Open everytime I visit this perspective" and turned off by default.
