1. Proposed title of this feature request:  API and Operator Differences between OCP and HCP
2. What is the nature and description of the request? Documentation. 
3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here) Customers moving to cloud and managed cloud services are adopting HCP. Such customers are following the documentation of OCP to understand the OpenShift APIs in order to design their software. Lack of documentation causes confusion and spins up customers in 'trial and error' pattern to know these differences.
