Goal
Hosted control planes is a form factor of OpenShift. As a result, HCP docs are presented as a sub-section in OpenShift docs. However, this only covers the basics.
The goal is to better highlight where the documentation need to change, mainly which operators behave differently with HCP, where does each component of OpenShift fit within the HCP documentation and vice versa
Benefit Hypothesis:
The better we structure the docs to communication changes about HyperShift, the easier Hypershift and HCP are to use.
