2. What is the nature and description of the request? Documentation. 
3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here) HCP communicates outside of cluster's network using private connectivity services available in the cloud - in contrast to deploying all resources within the same VPC. Customers are asking a documentation explaining what traffic leaves their network to the hosted cluster network and what traffic enters their network from the hosted cluster.
